Batik Cheese Cake

Instructions:
Use a block of philadelphia cheese (make sure the cheese is soft) & half a can of condensed milk.
Mix them together with a cake mixer. (make sure when you mix them, the batter is all soft, smooth & silky and no hard chunks of cheese)
Take Marie biscuits, break them into four sections and cover the entire surface with them. Layer them with the cheese+milk batter and add another layer of Marie biscuits again. Repeat.




Pop it in the fridge & leave for a few minutes, and serve cold & hard.

Easy as cake. Literally.
